Could not install the tool so I switched to Recuva. I got stuck on the welcome screen and the Next button does not seems to work (nothing happens). I am working with a laptop Dell XPS M1330 with windows Vista.

i scanned for the lost wmv file and found it but since i couldn't preview it, i was not ready to pay for the software afraid to find out that the retrieved file might not work after all. So i completely lost the file now. None of the previews worked. It says it can be previewed only after recovery...but of course you'll have to pay first.

It is not helping my problem. My problem is I have accidentally overwrite an important file by another same name file. And I can't search back the file.

I tried to use this utility to undelete pictures from a flash memory card. However, the utility was unable to detect deleted files on the drive. When I deleted files from the drive by using the Windows operating system (OS), however, I could succesfully detect the deleted files. Maybe there's a difference between files deleted by the camera itself or the OS.If someone has some suggestions please let me know.Kind regards,Jeroen Snel

Opinion. Didn't work and was frustrating.

After messing around for 4 days trying to recover deleted files from a HDD video camera using other utilities with little success, I downloaded "Undelete Data" and recovered everything in a few mouse clicks.Unbelieveable !!

Didn't do a thing for my flash drive. Thanks anyway. Bill

Easy to use The program was very easy to use, unfortunetly in my case the file could not be undeleted.

Undelete does not work. I created a simple Excel File (Microsoft Office Excel 2003).My operating system is Windows XP Home Service Pack 2.After saving it I immediately deleted it and then immediately deleted it from the recycle bin.This was all done on my desktop's drive C.I had your software installed on a removable HD, named F.The program could not detect the file I had just deleted from the C drive.

Disappointing I hoped the program would be easy to use -- and would retrieve some apparently lost Nero files. However, the program was confusing, and the log indicated that many of the Nero files could not be retrieved. The program came back with so many obscurely named files I was confused with exactly what I had.

Your product looks very promising. The problem though, is that I can\'t use it until I can get my computer to \"see\" the drive that I have the audio digital recorder plugged into. So I am working on that problem. If I can solve that, I will then try your product.Thank you.

This software saved my day! By accident, I deleted a file from a dictaphone and UndeleteMyFiles managed to restore it without any trouble at all. An extremly useful and user friendly software that I strongly recommend to everyone.

Not able to use it I was not able to get this product to run successfully on my Windows XP Pro machine. I am a fairly advance XP user who works for an IT Department, so am not sure why it would not run. I may try this again in a few weeks to see if it will run better on a different machine.

best program ever Best program ever... I've been looking for this since I forgot to create a back-up before reïnstalling Vista on my PC and this got all my files back in perfect condition ;)
